2. Products and Services

Infinity Farm offers handmade goods including alpaca fiber products, goat milk soap and lotion, tallow candles, and maple syrup. We also offer farm visit experiences and mobile petting zoo services.

Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in handmade products are normal and part of their unique character.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly.

4. Ordering and Payment

When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

We accept credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo for online purchases. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers (Square and PayPal).

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. We also offer local pickup at our farm in Cannon Falls, Minnesota.

7. Farm Visits and Events

Farm visits are by appointment only. All visitors must follow farm safety guidelines and respect our animals. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

For mobile petting zoo bookings, a deposit may be required to secure your date. Cancellation policies will be provided at the time of booking.

Assumption of Risk — Minnesota Agritourism Liability Protection: Under Minnesota Statute §604A.40, agritourism activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: hazards related to natural land, water, and vegetation conditions; the behavior of wild, domestic, and farm animals; and ordinary dangers associated with farm machinery, equipment, and structures. By participating in any farm visit, event, or agritourism activity at Infinity Farm, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.

Pursuant to this statute, Infinity Farm as an agritourism professional is not liable for injury, damage, or death resulting from the inherent risks of agritourism activities, except in cases of negligence, willful or wanton disregard for participant safety, or failure to disclose known dangerous conditions. Warning signage is posted at our farm premises in accordance with state requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Infinity Farm and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Infinity Farm is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products or services in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Goodhue County, Minnesota.
