Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Items must be in the same condition you received them
• You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our handmade products, the following items cannot be returned:

• Soap and lotion products that have been opened or used
• Candles that have been burned
• Food items (maple syrup) for safety reasons
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us: Email us at info@infinityfarmmn.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for approval: We'll review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
3. Ship the item: Once approved, pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide.
4. Receive your refund: After we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. If approved:

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged in transit or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We're happy to help with exchanges! Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to find the right product. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

Lotions & Body Creams

If you experience any issues with our lotions or body creams, such as skin irritation or dissatisfaction with the product, please contact us. We will gladly provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Your comfort and satisfaction are important to us.

Farm Visit and Event Cancellations

For farm visits and mobile petting zoo bookings:

• Cancellations made 7+ days before the scheduled date: Full refund
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before: 50% refund or reschedule
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before: No refund, but we may offer rescheduling
• Weather-related cancellations by Infinity Farm: Full refund or reschedule
